Ljiljana “Lilly” Benton is a debut author whose work weaves memory and imagination into lyrical, emotionally charged fiction. Her writing explores universal themes of resilience, identity, and the deeper truths beneath our stories, often leaving echoes that linger beyond the page.Born in Croatia, Lilly now lives in the Lake Norman area of North Carolina with her husband, Andrew, and their two dogs, Bon Bon and Watson. She works in accounting while pursuing her passion for storytelling alongside her professional career.Her debut novella, Somewhere in Between, is set to release in December 2025. She is also working on additional stories set in the same world, as well as new projects that reach beyond, exploring short literary fiction.
